Deck overview

This deck is a high-power Izzet spellslinger storm deck commanded by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi acts as an all-in-one engine: every noncreature spell cast grants a +1/+1 counter and deals 1 noncombat damage to each opponent, while its {0} tapless activation converts its accumulated power directly into a burst of blue and red mana. The primary strategy attaches a damage-triggered card draw engine like Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout to Vivi. Because Vivi damages all three opponents simultaneously, every single noncreature spell draws three cards, fueling an explosive storm turn. The deck chains low-cost cantrips, rituals, and free spells to burn out the entire table in a single uninterrupted turn. A dense suite of free and low-mana countermagic protects Vivi and the storm sequence against enemy disruption.
