Deck overview

This deck is a high-octane Grixis competitive Commander list built around compact, format-defining win conditions. Helmed by Kefka, Court Mage, the commander serves primarily as an auxiliary card advantage outlet, while the main strategy focuses on assembling Thassa's Oracle paired with Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact as early as Turn 2 or 3. Supported by explosive 0-CMC mana rocks, dark rituals, and universal 1-mana tutors, the deck reaches its winning configuration with exceptional speed and consistency. A parallel line utilizing Underworld Breach, Lion's Eye Diamond, and Brain Freeze provides a fully redundant storm finish. The list features premier free countermagic and redirection spells to defend its win attempts while deploying proactive speed bumps like Opposition Agent and Orcish Bowmasters to hinder opposing competitive strategies. It recovers rapidly from disruption via graveyard recursion and backup outlets, representing a potent and resilient tournament-level deck.
