Sting Stomp by FlamesUp13

Format: Commander

Commander: Rakdos, Lord of Riots

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Rakdos, Lord of Riots is the cost-reduction engine that makes this deck work: early one-mana pingers turn on his cast restriction, then every creature spell becomes cheap or free according to how much life opponents lost that turn. The primary plan is to cast Rakdos on turn four, play a large flier like Drakuseth or Etali, use one big attack to create a huge discount, and dump Eldrazi/Colossus bodies into play. Secondary paths include Heartless Hidetsugu halving life totals and Knollspine Dragon refilling after combat. There is no infinite combo; the deck wins through accelerated battlecruiser combat and attack triggers. The commander is essential; without him, the deck defaults to an inefficient midrange pile.
