Queen azula by Mist

Format: Commander

Commander: Fire Lord Azula

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Grixis spellslinger/combat deck harnesses Fire Lord Azula's firebending ability to generate red mana on attack and copy every spell cast while she's swinging. The plan is straightforward: deploy Azula, give her haste, attack, and use the floating mana plus rituals to chain into an infinite-mana engine via Mana Geyser and Reiterate, then finish the table with a giant Electrodominance. Backup lines include combat damage from firebending creatures, and Underworld Breach provides graveyard recursion to extend storm turns. The deck blends a moderate-density instant/sorcery suite with creature-based value (Veyran, Voice of Duality, Storm-Kiln Artist, Guttersnipe) and a surprising number of reactive spells that operate at instant speed. The commander is a powerful force multiplier but not strictly required for the primary combo, giving the deck flexibility and resilience.
