Commander: The Notary Hobbits

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

The Notary Hobbits is a mono-green token-multiplying mana engine. The primary plan is to cast the commander, create nonlegendary Halfling copies, and use their tap abilities to generate explosive colorless mana, then convert it into a win through Biorhythm, Helix Pinnacle, or an infinite Umbral Mantle loop with Staff of Domination. Secondary paths use Doubling Season and Springheart Nantuko to turn landfall into more Notary tokens, and Finale of Devastation or Genesis Wave to find a finisher. There is no double-faced commander and no hidden commander; Marvin, Murderous Mimic can copy the commander's tap ability as redundancy. The deck is fast once assembled but draw-dependent.
