Deck overview

This is a mono-black monarch-and-drain deck built around Starscream, Power Hungry and his Vehicle side, Starscream, Seeker Leader. The primary plan is to seize the monarchy early, hold it with deterrents and removal, and convert the extra cards into tablewide life loss through Psychosis Crawler, Sheoldred, the Apocalypse, The One Ring, and the commander's own monarch draw trigger. The deck wins through large X-spell drains such as Exsanguinate or through a mass-draw turn with Peer into the Abyss, backed by Bloodletter of Aclazotz to double the pain. It is a value-control deck that tries to out-draw and out-answer the table rather than race, with the hasted Vehicle side giving it a surprisingly cheap and aggressive commander turn.
