Deck overview

This mono-red deck revolves around Etali, Primal Storm, aiming to generate overwhelming card and mana advantage by casting high-impact spells directly from opponents' libraries for free. The early game focuses on deploying mana rocks and establishing haste enablers like Rising of the Day or Swiftfoot Boots. Once Etali hits the battlefield on Turn 5, it attacks immediately to trigger its ability, exiling the top card of every player's library and casting all revealed nonland spells without paying their mana costs. Backup engines such as Stolen Strategy, Inferno Titan, and Dragon Mage ensure continuous pressure if the commander is removed. While the deck possesses explosive mid-game snowball potential, it relies heavily on combat damage and stolen cards to secure victory over several turn cycles. It carries moderate spot removal and redirection magic, but remains vulnerable to well-timed board wipes and heavy interaction due to the lack of dedicated combo finishes.
