Deck overview

This deck is a mono-green big mana strategy commanded by The Notary Hobbits. When cast, the commander creates two nonlegendary copies of itself, establishing three Halflings that tap collectively for nine colorless mana. The deck leverages dense 1-drop mana dorks and land ramp to deploy the commander on Turn 3 and untap with over twelve mana on Turn 4. This massive mana pool powers out devastating colorless payoffs, including Eldrazi titans like Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger and Kozilek, the Great Distortion, asymmetric board clears like All Is Dust and Portal to Phyrexia, and explosive outlets like Genesis Wave. Token doublers such as Doubling Season and Parallel Lives compound Halfling generation exponentially. Opponents face severe attrition from annihilator triggers and board wipes before falling to giant combat swings and Walking Ballista activations by Turn 6.
