Deck overview

Bria, Riptide Rogue is an Izzet spellslinger-aggro deck. The plan is to jam an early threat (Sprite Dragon, Kitsa, or Bria herself), then resolve a critical mass of instants and sorceries to make every creature huge. Bria's static Prowess amplifies each cantrip or pump, and her trigger makes the biggest creature unblockable. The primary kill is a one-shot commander-damage line using Brute Force and Great Train Heist with Kitsa copying the Heist for three combat phases. Backup wins come from Guttersnipe/Fiery Inscription burn, Talrand/Young Pyromancer tokens, and the storm finishers Prismari and Ral. It is a fast but fragile combat deck that can pivot to reach when the board is stalled.
