Vampires Life-Drain by FaunoHG

Format: Commander

Commander: Astarion, the Decadent

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This Orzhov Vampire lifegain/drain deck, helmed by Astarion, the Decadent, converts every point of life gained into table-wide damage. The core engine pairs lifegain sources with drain payoffs - Cliffhaven Vampire, Marauding Blight-Priest, Defiant Bloodlord, and Vizkopa Guildmage - while death triggers from Cruel Celebrant, Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim, and Bastion of Remembrance punish wipes and sacrifice outlets. Astarion's Feed ability turns a turn's accumulated damage into a massive end-step drain, and his Friends mode doubles down on the lifegain. The deck finishes with X-spell drains (Exsanguinate, Debt to the Deathless), half-life effects (Scytheclaw, Raving Dead, Grievous Wound, Pox Plague), and a modest recursion package to grind back after wipes.
