sonic haste by OtanoBlue

Format: Commander

Commander: Sonic the Hedgehog

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Sonic the Hedgehog leads an aggressive Jeskai deck that attacks with cheap haste creatures and Vehicles, using Sonic's combat trigger to grow the team and turn damage taken into Treasures. Treasures then fuel Xorn, Academy Manufactor, and artifact-payoff burn. The deck usually wins by combat: attack repeatedly to rack up +1/+1 counters, then use Sephiroth or Reckless Bushwhacker to turn a wide board into a 7/5 alpha strike, with Combat Celebrant providing an extra combat. It is not a combo deck; a secondary burn/token line through Reckless Fireweaver and Ingenious Artillerist can close games when the combat step is blocked. There is no double-faced commander or hidden commander; Sonic is the primary engine.
