Okaun is a mono-red chaos deck that turns every won coin flip into doubled power. Its primary plan is to put Okaun down on turn four, then use flips from Krark's Thumb, Goblin Bookie, and repeatable permanents to make him a 24/24 and kill one opponent per combat. Secondary wins are Chance Encounter's luck counters and Goblin Bomb's twenty-damage shot. The hidden lieutenant is Krark, the Thumbless, who copies and returns spells and adds more flips, while Goblin Assassin and Goblin Traprunner mass-flip the whole table to feed Okaun. The deck is linear, commander-dependent, and often spends the early game setting up randomness.
