Deck overview

This Yennett, Cryptic Sovereign deck focuses on library manipulation and high-impact odd-mana spells. By using early card selection tools like Sensei's Divining Top, Scroll Rack, and Brainstorm, the deck consistently places massive 7-to-9 mana spells on top of the library. Once Yennett attacks, it casts these game-changing spells for free, bypassing their high mana costs. The payoff suite features extra turns from Expropriate, mass creature theft from Breach the Multiverse, asymmetric board wipes like In Garruk's Wake, and continuous sacrifice pressure through Portal to Phyrexia. Supported by Esper control elements, attack taxes like Propaganda, and targeted protection spells, the deck locks down the board before finishing opponents with evasive Sphinx combat damage.
