Azula by Fallcat

Format: Commander

Commander: Fire Lord Azula

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

Fire Lord Azula commands a high-speed Grixis combo shell that leverages rapid mana acceleration, efficient tutors, and redundant win lines. The deck primary game plan is assembling Thassa's Oracle alongside Demonic Consultation or Tainted Pact to exile the library and win on the spot. Alternatively, Underworld Breach pairs with Brain Freeze and Lion's Eye Diamond or Lotus Petal to mill the deck and generate infinite storm. While Azula provides burst mana and doubles spells cast during combat, flash enablers like High Fae Trickster and Leyline of Anticipation allow copying high-impact spells mid-combat. Heavy free countermagic and fast tutors ensure swift, protected execution.
