Deck overview

This deck is a four-color Planeswalker Control deck commanded by Jace, Multiverse Architect. It leverages defensive taxing permanents like Blind Obedience, Norn's Annex, and the commander's attack tax to protect a dense planeswalker core that generates compounding card selection. While the commander's -3 loyalty ability can cheat high-impact threats like Void Winnower, Archon of Cruelty, and Hullbreaker Horror into play, the primary and most decisive route to victory is the compact Thassa's Oracle and Demonic Consultation combo. Supported by efficient spot removal, flexible countermagic, and tutors such as Demonic Tutor and Mystical Tutor, the list transitions smoothly from midgame board stabilization into an immediate same-turn finish. In the event of primary piece disruption, Jace, Wielder of Mysteries offers seamless redundancy.
