Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive mono-green tempo strategy commanded by Fynn, the Fangbearer. Its game plan centers on deploying hyper-efficient 1-mana deathtouch creatures on Turn 1, casting Fynn on Turn 2, and rapidly distributing poison counters to opponents through early combat connections. Because Fynn assigns two poison counters whenever a deathtouch creature deals combat damage to a player, each opponent effectively operates with only five hits of life. The deck supplements this aggressive core with proliferate mechanics (Bloated Contaminator, Evolution Sage), evasion enablers (Champion of Lambholt, Bellowing Tanglewurm), and efficient combat tricks. Lean 1-mana protection spells like Tamiyo's Safekeeping and Legolas's Quick Reflexes shield key threats from targeted removal, while creature tutors provide access to top-end finishers like Tyrranax Rex and Triumph of the Hordes if Fynn is disrupted. While explosive and lethal in early turns, the deck must manage multiplayer threat dynamics and navigate mid-game board wipes.
