Deck overview

This is a mono-black aristocrats deck helmed by Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER // Sephiroth, One-Winged Angel. The primary game plan is to generate value through creature sacrifice, using the commander's enter/attack triggers to draw cards and its death-trigger drain to pressure life totals. The deck's main win condition is the Gravecrawler combo: with a Zombie on the battlefield, a sacrifice outlet (e.g., Viscera Seer, Warren Soultrader, Altar of Dementia), and a drain effect (e.g., Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat), you can loop Gravecrawler for infinite death triggers, draining the table. Secondary paths include a high-devotion Gray Merchant of Asphodel, the commander's transformative emblem, and Bolas's Citadel for top-deck value. The deck leans heavily on its single tutor and a dense suite of draw engines to find its pieces.
