Commander: Kotis, the Fangkeeper

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Sultai combat-value deck helmed by Kotis, the Fangkeeper that turns successful attacks into free spells stolen from opponents' libraries. The primary plan is to land Kotis early, protect and pump him (or clone him), connect for combat damage, and cascade into free permanents and interaction cast from exile. A dense mutate package (Brokkos, Apex of Forever, Auspicious Starrix, Gemrazer, etc.) and a deep clone suite (Auton Soldier, Spark Double, Sakashima of a Thousand Faces, Vesuvan Duplimancy) create redundant big bodies and extra Kotis triggers. Felix Five-Boots doubles every combat-damage trigger, while combat-draw engines like Toski, Bearer of Secrets and Ohran Frostfang keep the hand full. There are no infinite combos; the deck wins through overwhelming board presence, stolen bombs, and incremental life loss from Ancient Cellarspawn on undercosted free casts. Kotis is the unique engine but the mutate/clone beatdown plan still functions without him.
