Format: Commander

Commander: Octavia, Living Thesis

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Mono-blue spells-matter tempo deck built around Octavia, Living Thesis. The primary plan is to fill the graveyard with eight instants/sorceries using looting, surveil, and cantrips so Octavia costs just {2}{U}{U}; once she lands, every instant or sorcery becomes a Magecraft trigger that turns an evasive creature or token into an 8/8 attacker. Secondary paths include Talrand/Murmuring Mystic token swarms and a fast Blighted Agent infect clock, with counters, bounce, and spot removal to hold the board. There is no hidden commander; the deck is built to use Octavia, while the modal double-faced lands are support pieces rather than alternate commanders.
