Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Gruul artifact and enchantment stompy strategy led by Bello, Bard of the Brambles. Bello turns every non-Equipment artifact and non-Aura enchantment with mana value 4 or greater into a 4/4 Elemental with indestructible and haste on your turn, while drawing cards whenever they deal combat damage. The game plan leverages 17 dense 1-2 CMC ramp pieces to deploy Bello on Turn 2 or 3, followed by a continuous curve of 4+ CMC utility artifacts and enchantments starting on Turn 4. Because these permanents stop being creatures during opponents' turns, the board naturally dodges sorcery-speed creature removal and wrath effects. On Turns 5 and 6, damage doublers like Unnatural Growth, Gratuitous Violence, and Berserkers' Onslaught scale the board into lethal combat damage while keeping the hand refueled. The deck is protected by efficient interaction like Deflecting Swat, Heroic Intervention, and Veil of Summer to ensure rapid table elimination by Turn 7.
