Wall Defense! by user3099616

Format: Commander

Commander: Betor, Kin to All

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Abzan toughness deck is built around Betor, Kin to All: park high-toughness defenders, cross the 40-toughness end-step threshold, and either drain the table or attack with Doran/Assault Formation. Betor provides card draw, untap, and a repeating table-drain; the hidden commanders in the 99 are Doran, Felothar the Steadfast, Huatli, and Assault Formation, which convert defenders into attackers. Secondary paths include The Walls of Ba Sing Se plus Canopy Gargantuan to make giant attackers, Wound Reflection to turn Betor's drain into a one-end-step kill, and Nethroi/Eerie Ultimatum for recursion after wipes.
