Deck overview

This deck utilizes Umbris, Fear Manifest to convert library mill and opponent exile into overwhelming single-target commander damage. Supported by 9 low-curve acceleration pieces, the deck aims to deploy Umbris on Turn 4 or 5, immediately capitalising on cards in exile generated by Horror ETB triggers, Leyline of the Void, and Dauthi Voidwalker. A single resolution of Tasha's Hideous Laughter or mass graveyard cleansing inflates Umbris into lethal power, allowing unblockable single-hit knockouts via Aqueous Form or Rogue's Passage. The deck also features a compact two-card backup win condition in Duskmantle Guildmage plus Mindcrank, alongside wide asymmetric disruption that invalidates graveyard-focused opponents and denies tutor searching via Ashiok, Dream Render.
