Deck overview

This deck is a five-color Dragon tribal strategy helmed by The Ur-Dragon, leveraging the commander's eminence cost reduction and its powerful attack trigger to bury opponents in card advantage and permanent acceleration. The primary game plan is to deploy a critical mass of Dragons, generate overwhelming value through attack triggers and token producers (Utvara Hellkite, Lathliss, Dragon Queen), and finish with a crushing combat step-often accelerated by Hellkite Charger for extra combats. The deck also includes a non-combat alternate win condition in Call the Spirit Dragons and a recursion angle via Haven of the Spirit Dragon and Teneb, the Harvester. The high average mana value (4.56) and heavy reliance on the commander's cost reduction make the early turns slow, but once the engine is online, the deck can snowball quickly.
