Deck overview

Oskar, Rubbish Reclaimer leads a Dimir discard-and-reanimation deck. It uses looting effects and graveyard tutors to fill the yard, then either reanimates high-impact creatures or casts discarded spells from the graveyard with Oskar. The commander's cost reduction makes him cheap once the graveyard holds multiple mana values. Secondary paths include zombie token generation via Cryptcaller Chariot and Zombie Infestation, plus value through Archfiend of Ifnir's -1/-1 counters. There is no true infinite combo in the 99; the deck wins through incremental attacks, Archon of Cruelty-style attrition, and a strong countermagic/removal suite that keeps the table under control until the board closes.
