Deck overview

This mono-green deck centers on Ayula, Queen Among Bears, combining aggressive Bear typal beatdown with repeatable creature fighting. Ayula comes down on Turn 2 and immediately turns subsequent low-cost Bears into flexible tools, either growing your attackers with +1/+1 counters or fighting down key opposing creatures to control the battlefield. Mana acceleration through Nature's Lore, Three Visits, and Sol Ring enables smooth sequencing into mid-game engines like Garruk's Uprising, Beast Whisperer, and Goreclaw, Terror of Qal Sisma. The deck achieves lethal pressure around Turn 6 by resolving decisive pump spells such as Overrun, Overwhelming Stampede, or Unnatural Growth, enabling large trampling swings to eliminate opponents. Protection spells like Heroic Intervention and Veil of Summer safeguard critical boards against wipes, allowing consistent closeouts across Turns 7 and 8.
