Deck overview

This Boros deck combines Dwarf tribal synergy with Voltron equipment strategies led by Giott, King of the Dwarves. Giott's low mana cost and printed double strike provide an immediate, lethal foundation for stat-boosting equipment. Whenever Dwarves or Equipment enter the battlefield, Giott loots away surplus cards to filter through the library. The supporting cast, featuring prominent legendary Dwarves from Tolkien lore, generates incidental value through Treasure generation, storied buffs, and cost reductions. While the deck can generate explosive single-target burst damage with cards like Two-Handed Axe and Mjölnir, Hammer of Thor, its reliance on combat damage without extra combats means it must eliminate opponents one by one. Moderate interactive tools and targeted ward/indestructible protection help shepherd Giott through removal, but the strategy remains vulnerable to board wipes and wide blocker boards.
