Deck overview

This Boros deck operates as a focused Dwarf tribal and Vehicle beatdown strategy led by Depala, Pilot Exemplar. It curves out early with low-cost pilots such as Veteran Motorist and Gearshift Ace to crew aggressive Vehicles like Fleetwheel Cruiser, Renegade Freighter, and Smuggler's Copter. Depala acts as both an anthem lord and a mana-sink card engine, digging for additional pilots and Vehicles whenever she taps. In the mid-to-late game, the deck scales its combat pressure using heavy hitters like Parhelion II, artifact powerhouses like Bronze Guardian, and mass-animation spells like Start Your Engines and Armed and Armored. While Vehicles naturally dodge sorcery-speed creature board wipes when uncrewed, the deck relies heavily on its fragile pilot base and natural land drops due to running only 3 mana rocks. It closes games through honest, compounding combat damage across multiple turns.
