Deck overview

This deck is a Naya midrange combo deck commanded by Toph, the First Metalbender. It turns nontoken artifacts into lands and animates lands into resilient creatures using the Earthbend mechanic. The core game plan curves out with efficient ramp spells into Toph on Turn 4, steadily building an army of growing land creatures that return to the battlefield if destroyed. On Turn 6, the deck converts this land base into a decisive victory using Ashaya, Soul of the Wild and Bumi, Unleashed. Because Ashaya turns all nontoken creatures into lands, Bumi can earthbend himself to gain haste and four +1/+1 counters. When Bumi deals combat damage, he untaps all lands—including all your creatures—and creates additional combat phases to eliminate every opponent in a single turn. Backup lines leverage Retreat to Emeria and Zuran Orb to generate infinite life, tokens, and damage.
