Deck overview

Dwalin, Weaponmaster is an Equipment-voltron commander who converts cheap Equipment into large power via hone counters. The primary plan is to stack counters with Dwalin's enter/attack triggers, then finish with commander damage, preferably doubled by Dain Ironfoot. Secondary paths are Dwarf-token beats from Fili, Dwarven Shortsword, and An Unexpected Party, with storied synergies from Bifur, Ori, and Thorin Oakenshield. Bifur acts as a hidden build-around, doubling Dwalin's hone triggers once three artifacts, legendaries, or Sagas are online. There is no double-faced commander. The deck has a low curve but is slow to close, running 64 lands and a reasonably interactive Boros shell.
