Deck overview

This mono-green deck is an aggressive Voltron build commander-focused on Tifa Lockhart. The core plan accelerates Tifa onto the battlefield on turn 2 using cheap mana dorks like Llanowar Elves and Wild Growth. On turn 3, it chains land-entry triggers from sacrifice fetchlands such as Fabled Passage with low-cost power buffs like Scale Up, Invigorate, or Groundswell. Because Tifa doubles her power on every landfall trigger, these buffs scale exponentially, allowing her to easily surpass 21 trample commander damage in a single swing. To guarantee survival across multiple turn rotations, the deck runs a dense suite of 1-mana protection spells including Tamiyo's Safekeeping and Blossoming Defense. The primary limitation lies in multiplayer combat math: without extra combat steps, Tifa must eliminate opponents sequentially across turns 3, 4, and 5, leaving her open to edicts or mass bounce spells.
