Deck overview

This deck is a mono-green Landfall and +1/+1 counter strategy led by Toph, Earthbending Master. The game plan revolves around ramping aggressively in the early turns, deploying Toph, and stacking experience counters through land drops and fetchland activations. When attacking, Toph's Earthbend ability animates lands into agile, high-power attackers with haste. Earthbent lands feature built-in resilience, returning to the battlefield tapped whenever they are destroyed or exiled, effectively making board wipes mana-neutral or ramp-positive. Supporting powerhouses like Branching Evolution, Doubling Season, and The Earth Crystal rapidly accelerate counter accumulation, while token generators like Avenger of Zendikar and Scute Swarm build wide secondary boards. Trample enablers ensure combat damage connects cleanly, while the classic Dark Depths and Thespian's Stage synergy offers an alternate 20/20 indestructible flyer threat.
