Deck overview

This deck is a high-power competitive tempo build focused on Yuriko, the Tiger's Shadow. The primary plan deploys a cheap, unblockable attacker on Turn 1 to enable commander ninjutsu on Turn 2. Yuriko circumvents commander tax and timing restrictions, entering the battlefield tapped and attacking to immediately draw cards and burn all opponents. Top-deck tutors and library manipulation stack cards with massive mana values, such as Draco and Shadow of Mortality, dealing up to 16 damage to each opponent per trigger. Extra-turn spells provide tempo leaps to quickly close games. A dense suite of free countermagic and removal protects Yuriko and disrupts opposing win attempts without draining mana needed for development.
