Xantcha Latte by Wishe

Commander: Xantcha, Sleeper Agent

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Rakdos politics-and-chaos deck that weaponises the "don't hit me" social contract through an overload of goad, forced combat, and pillowfort effects. The primary plan is to hand Xantcha, Sleeper Agent to an opponent, use her activated ability to draw cards while draining that player's life, and then point every other creature at each other. The commander is a repeatable card-draw engine from the command zone, but the deck's goad core (Kardur, Doomscourge, Karazikar, the Eye Tyrant, Disrupt Decorum, etc.) functions independently if Xantcha is repeatedly answered. Wins come from life-drain bursts (Exsanguinate, Heartless Hidetsugu, Archfiend of Despair), mass theft (Insurrection), or reanimating the best creatures from all graveyards (Rise of the Dark Realms). The deck plays a slow, grindy game, letting opponents exhaust each other while Xantcha refuels your hand.
