Zombies by Castro407

Format: Commander

Commander: Vela the Night-Clad

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Vela the Night-Clad is a finishing amplifier for a Dimir zombie horde. Most cards build a wide token board, pump it with lords, and weaponize the graveyard through reanimation. Vela's intimidate makes the swarm hard to block, and her leaves trigger turns sacrifices, undying returns, and removal into one life per opponent per creature. Secondary paths are mass reanimation (Zombie Apocalypse, Grimoire of the Dead) and a real infinite loop: Gravecrawler + Phyrexian Altar plus Diregraf Captain or Vengeful Dead as the drain outlet, with Gravecrawler as the hidden combo centerpiece. The deck can also win through Gray Merchant devotion. The commander is useful but not the only engine.
