Deck overview

This deck is a synergistic Boros kindred aggro strategy centered around Thorin, King of Durin's Folk. The game plan establishes an early board of low-cost Dwarf creatures and mana acceleration on Turns 1 through 3. On Turn 4, deploying Thorin immediately converts every entering Dwarf into a Treasure token while granting all other Dwarves a static power buff scaled to the total number of artifact tokens controlled. On Turn 5, following up with token multipliers like Academy Manufactor or go-wide Dwarf generators rapidly elevates team-wide power to lethal thresholds. The deck leverages high-impact combat lords, such as Reyav, Master Smith, Dáin of the Ancient Halls, and Hammers of Moradin, to punch through blockers and eliminate opponents across Turns 5 and 6. Protection spells like Flawless Maneuver, Deflecting Swat, and Grand Abolisher safeguard the attack steps, while Ascend from Avernus provides late-game board wipe recovery.
