Walls For Days by user5109522

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Bant Walls/Defender tribal deck helmed by Arcades, the Strategist. The core plan floods the board with high-toughness defenders, draws cards off every ETB via Arcades, and turns those walls sideways so they deal damage equal to toughness. Backup enablers High Alert, Rolling Stones, and Bedrock Tortoise keep the attack plan online even without the commander. Primary wins come from overwhelming unblockable combat (often enabled by Tetsuko Umezawa, Fugitive), with secondary combo finishes through Biovisionary copy clusters and Laboratory Maniac after massive draws from Last March of the Ents or Arcades triggers. Ramp walls like Axebane Guardian and Overgrown Battlement accelerate the engine, while pillowfort and selective wipes protect the board. The deck plays as a resilient midrange beatdown strategy that grinds value and closes through combat inevitability.
