Deck overview

This mono-white deck uses Giada, Font of Hope to accelerate and grow a formidable army of Angels. By casting Giada on turn 2, the deck ramps directly into powerful 3- and 4-mana Angels on turn 3, placing +1/+1 counters on each newcomer based on your Angel count. The strategy combines aggressive aerial combat with significant lifegain synergies from staples like Righteous Valkyrie, Archangel of Thune, and Lyra Dawnbringer. As life totals climb past 47, team-wide buffs turn mid-sized flyers into game-ending threats. The deck controls the tempo of the table using asymmetric hate pieces like Linvala, Keeper of Silence and Angel of Jubilation to turn off opposing combos and sacrifice loops. To safeguard its battlefield presence, the list packs elite, low-cost defensive spells including Flawless Maneuver, Clever Concealment, and Teferi's Protection. It closes games decisively around turn 6 or 7 through overwhelming combat damage, often finalized with Akroma's Will.
