Deck overview

This Naya deck, helmed by Jared Carthalion, True Heir, fuses the monarch mechanic with a +1/+1 counter-growth engine. The primary plan is to become the monarch early-using cards like Palace Jailer, Regal Behemoth, and the Court of... cycle-then protect Jared with hexproof/indestructible equipment and redirect damage onto him via Pariah or Pariah's Shield to turn every hit into a pile of +1/+1 counters. The counter subtheme (Hardened Scales, Hydra's Growth, The Ozolith) lets Jared quickly reach lethal commander-damage range while Shalai and Hallar provides an alternative burn outlet. With a dense tutor suite for equipment and enchantments, the deck reliably finds its key synergy pieces and rebuilds after wipes.
