Skrotis by Anubi

Format: Commander

Commander: Kotis, the Fangkeeper

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kotis, the Fangkeeper is an evasive combat-damage engine. The deck builds a small board of evasive/exiling threats, then uses tutor and pump spells to turn Kotis into a one-shot commander-damage or infect finisher. The primary plan is voltron: suit Kotis with unblockable equipment, connect, and use the free-cast trigger to snowball. Secondary lines are incremental theft through Black Widow, Super Spy, Gonti, Night Minister, and Brainstealer Dragon; Unnatural Growth plus Triumph of the Hordes is the clean one-turn kill. There is no hidden commander here, though Black Widow, Super Spy functions as a miniature Kotis in the 99. Kotis is central to the deck's speed, but not the only payoff.
