Deck overview

This is a lean Orzhov artifact-combo deck. Rebbec, Architect of Ascension is the shield: as long as the deck's artifact suite spans enough mana values, her ability makes the entire artifact board nearly untargetable by conventional removal. Sengir, the Dark Baron is the incidental backup, growing off the loop's death triggers and providing an evasive body. The real engine lives entirely in the 99: Krark-Clan Ironworks and Ashnod's Altar turn artifacts into mana, Teshar, Ancestor's Apostle turns every historic cast into reanimation, and Myr Retriever-class recursion creatures plus Ornithopter form the classic infinite loop. The kill comes from Walking Ballista, Grinding Station, Altar of Dementia, or the drain of Blood Artist/Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim/Marionette Master. A secondary axis chains Bolas's Citadel and Mystic Forge into Aetherflux Reservoir.
