Deck overview

This mono-blue artifact deck is commanded by Sai, Master Thopterist and focuses on generating an overwhelming swarm of flying Thopter tokens. It accelerates early with cost reducers like Etherium Sculptor and 2-CMC mana rocks, casting cheap artifacts to trigger Sai repeatedly. Midgame card draw engines like Vedalken Archmage, Bident of Thassa, and Shimmer Dragon keep the hand full of gas. The deck converts its wide aerial presence into lethal damage through massive anthems and type-modifying effects, notably Graaz, Unstoppable Juggernaut, Gravitational Shift, Forsaken Monument, and Krang, Utrom Warlord. Asymmetric disruption from Meekstone locks down large opposing attackers while leaving 1/1 Thopters unaffected. While vulnerable to heavy artifact sweepers, the list maintains strong resilience through recursion pieces like Buried Ruin and Trading Post, easily rebuilding its swarm to close out games through evasive combat.
