Deck overview

This deck operates as a hybrid Midrange Combo and Hero Aggro strategy led by Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.. Its primary win condition is the compact two-card infinite combo of Heliod, Sun-Crowned and Walking Ballista, which deals lethal damage to all opponents at instant speed as early as Turn 4. The deck supports this line with premier tutors such as Demonic Tutor and Enlightened Tutor, fast mana acceleration like Chrome Mox and Mana Vault, and a formidable free-interaction package including Fierce Guardianship, Deflecting Swat, and Force of Will. When the combo is contested or unavailable, the deck transitions into a robust beatdown plan. Nick Fury's activated power-up ability digs seven cards deep to cheat high-impact Heroes, Vehicles, and Equipment like Kaldra Compleat, Thor, God of Thunder, and Esika's Chariot into play, applying heavy combat pressure across the table.
