Deck overview

This is a mono-blue artifact-combo deck built around Urza, Lord High Artificer. The plan is to accelerate with fast mana (Sol Ring, Mana Vault, Chrome Mox, Mox Diamond, Ancient Tomb), land Urza on turn 2-3, and use his tap-an-artifact-for-{U} ability to generate infinite mana. The primary lines are Basalt Monolith + Urza, Grim Monolith + Power Artifact, Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal, and Rings of Brighthearth + Basalt Monolith. With infinite mana, Urza's {5} activation exiles the library and lets you cast every card free, finishing with Clown Car (a massive token army), Tezzeret the Seeker's -5 (all artifacts become 5/5s), or Hullbreaker Horror/Tidespout Tyrant bounce. A dense control layer of 15+ counterspells, including 8 free ones, plus Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora, and The One Ring, protects the combo turn and keeps the hand full. The deck is fast, tutor-dense, and heavily artifact-exposed.
