Deck overview

This mono-red list leverages Smaug the Magnificent at the helm of a fast, treasure-centric dragon engine. The deck ramps aggressively on early turns using efficient rocks, cost reducers, and treasure generators like Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer and Magda, Brazen Outlaw. Once Smaug or complimentary dragon threats hit the battlefield, every combat generates high-impact value and scaling direct damage based on artifact counts. Midgame turns transition rapidly from board presence to lethal threat states via explosive payoffs like Ancient Copper Dragon, Goldspan Dragon, and Terror of the Peaks. While vulnerable to mass artifact removal, the list packs efficient stack interaction including Deflecting Swat and Pyroblast alongside sudden win outlets such as Aggravated Assault, Hellkite Tyrant, and Crackle with Power.
