Bruce Banner by Alex_Paquette50

Format: Commander

Commander: Bruce Banner // The Incredible Hulk

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a Temur (blue, red, green) +1/+1 counter synergy and extra-combat strategy helmed by the dual-faced Bruce Banner // The Incredible Hulk. The primary game plan is to transform Bruce Banner into the 8/8 The Incredible Hulk, then use its enrage ability-whenever it's dealt damage while attacking, it untaps and grants an additional combat phase-to chain multiple combats in a single turn. The deck supports this with a suite of +1/+1 counter doublers (Hulk, Strongest There Is, High Score, Doc Samson, Super Psychiatrist), enrage enablers (Pyrohemia, The Last Agni Kai, Epic Fight), and a robust creature base of Gamma heroes and villains. Secondary win conditions include growing a single creature to lethal size via Level Up and Growth Curve, or using token generators (Battle Cry Goblin, Slash, Reptile Rampager) to overwhelm opponents. The deck is heavily reliant on its commander for the core win condition, lacking a strong backup plan.
