Karlach by Grymm33

Format: Commander

Commander: Karlach, Fury of Avernus and Raised by Giants

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Karlach, Fury of Avernus leads a Gruul extra-combat deck built around her attack trigger. Raised by Giants is the crucial Background that makes Karlach a 10/10 Giant, so two combat steps threaten 20 commander damage before any pump. The primary plan is to ramp out Karlach, add an anthem/damage multiplier, and finish through repeated combat. Secondary plans chain extra combats with attack-triggered mana from Savage Ventmaw, Old Gnawbone, Grand Warlord Radha, and Selvala, or use Doors of Durin to cheat in large creatures. There is no hidden commander; the 99 supports this commander pair.
