Deck overview

This deck is an Esper lifegain control build piloted by Oloro, Ageless Ascetic. It uses Oloro's eminence ability to steadily increase life totals from the command zone while setting up passive card advantage engines like Greed and Well of Lost Dreams. The deck stabilizes the board with sweepers such as Toxic Deluge and Hour of Reckoning alongside flexible removal like Generous Gift and Skyclave Apparition. It closes the game in the late game through massive life-drain sorceries like Debt to the Deathless and Exsanguinate, or by attacking with scaling threats like Serra Avatar and Divinity of Pride. With a low count of mana acceleration and a high average mana curve, the deck trades early tempo for late-game resilience and inevitable life total disparity.
