Deck overview

This Selesnya token-lifegain deck helmed by Trostani, Selesnya's Voice aims to generate a wide board of creature tokens, gain life from each ETB, and leverage that life total into a game-ending Aetherflux Reservoir activation. The populate mechanic allows rapid token multiplication, while landfall triggers, ETB recursion, and high-end creatures like Avenger of Zendikar and Soul of Eternity provide overwhelming board presence. The deck operates as a midrange value engine, using ramp spells and mana dorks to accelerate into its top end, then grinding out advantage through repeated token generation, life gain, and recursion. Secondary win conditions include combat damage from huge tokens and Soul of Eternity's life-based power, but the primary path is the Reservoir. The deck is resilient to board wipes via Rootborn Defenses and Dauntless Escort, and it can rebuild quickly with Sun Titan and Emeria Shepherd.
