Eight Legged Freaks

Format: Commander

Commander: Shelob, Child of Ungoliant

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Shelob, Child of Ungoliant leads a Golgari midrange deck built on Spider typal synergies, combat dominance, and defensive board control. The primary plan establishes a formidable wall of reach and deathtouch creatures that deter attacks while accumulating incremental board value. Shelob weaponizes your arachnids by granting ward and deathtouch to all spiders, turning defensive trades and fight effects into stolen Food copies of opposing threats. The deck closes games through wide combat swings backed by anthems, repeated token generation from Izoni and Drider, drain damage from Rotwidow Pack, or overwhelming graveyard reanimation via Living Death and Breach the Multiverse.
