Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a spellslinger/combo deck built around Niv-Mizzet, Parun. The primary plan is to resolve Parun, chain instant and sorcery spells to draw cards and deal chip damage, then find Niv-Mizzet, Visionary to create an infinite draw-ping loop that kills all opponents. The secondary path uses Prismari, the Inspiration plus copy effects such as Adaptive Training Post, Narset's Reversal, and Return the Favor to generate multiple storm copies. Laboratory Maniac offers a backup win if the draw engine empties the library. The hidden second commander is Niv-Mizzet, Visionary, which is copied by Maelstrom of the Spirit Dragon and is the linchpin of the primary combo.
